What is new for Illinois 2014 payroll tax rate

Paychecks changed for Illinois workers from Jan. 1, 2014

The withholding allowances for employee claims is $2,100 which is changed from $2,050 in year 2013. The The Illinois income tax rates is 5% flat rate.
