I purchased ezPaycheck 2025 and am trying to print my 941 for the first quarter. I am only seeing 2024 forms? Why is this? Do I have to pay extra for this?

IRS published 2025 941 in in March, Year-end form W2, W3, 940 & 943 in Dec 2025. Here are two solutions:

Option 1: Current ezPaycheck 2025 clients can install the latest version of ezPaycheck 2025 for free to get the new forms.


Option 2: If you have completed 2024 paychecks and ready for 2025 payroll, you can install ezPaycheck 2025 and purchase new ezPaycheck 2025 license.
