Ran first payroll of 2016 on 1/1/16 with pay ending 12/31/15. The yearly report does not show the wages on the 2016 report. Not sure how to correct the issue. Help would be appreciated.

Thank you for using ezPaycheck payroll software.

Do you generate the report based on Pay period ending or paycheck date? ezPaycheck generate the report by period ending date by default. If you use check date, you can edit this option.

1. Backup data first

2. change report option

3. If you changed the report option, you can delete the last paychecks

4. Add the paychecks again

You should get the right YTD on stubs and right W2.
