use QuickBooks 2013 and Intuit is trying to force me to upgrade. They are also constantly raising the price of the payroll support.



Will your product write paychecks and then integrate with QuickBooks to stuff all the checks and other information into my QuickBooks file? Essentially, I want to use your product to write paychecks and have QuickBooks have all the same data and information and reporting that it normally would if I used QuickBooks to write the paychecks.



I couldn’t really understand what, exactly, the QuickBooks Virtual Printer does – and any shortcomings it may have vs. just using QuickBooks.

ezPaycheck can export paycheck data and employee data into .csv file, then you can import into other software. QuickBooks does not allow other software to write data back to it directly.

If you just need to track the running balance, ezPaycheck report feature will work for you. Some of our customers get the summary data from report and enter it into QuickBooks manually. I hope it can work for you too.
