For W2 - How I enter the state tax ID into the payer once! (not for every employee)

Step 2: You can enter the state ID when you enter company settings. This state ID will be filled in on each W2 form automatically when you add a new W2 form.

Step 5: When you enter W-2 form data for each employee, you still have the chance to edit the state ID or enter the second state ID if your employee works in a different state or more than one states.
