I have set up school tax deductions from my employee's checks under a customized deduction. However, when I run my Employer Customized Report, The totals deduct the customized deduction total from the total wages and I do not understand why

Are you using ezPaycheck 2018 now?

1. Please make sure the date range is correct when you generate the report.
You can also compare "Employee Payroll Detailed Report" and "Employer Customized Report". Please use the same date range.

"Employee Payroll Detailed Report" will list each paycheck for that date range.


2. ezPaycheck calculates taxes and generate reports based on pay period ending date by default. if your school uses pay date, please follow this guide to edit the option.
