When I submit my 1094c and 1095c to the irs. I get an error message Manifest-010-01. The value of the Manifest 'TestFileCD' must equal the value stored in the IRS database governing the status of the FormsType CD.
I called the IRS and they said that I am in production mode and that I should call you. Can you help me with this?

Do you need to file both 1095C and 1094C? If yes, please follow guide to file your forms in 2 steps:
