I do payroll for a company that can use up to 6 or more hourly rates for 1 employee, with corresponding overtime rates. does ez paycheck payroll software handle that many rates per employee? Does it calculate overtime automatically? Is it a stand-alone package, or do I need to purchase the accounting software too? Thank you, Cathy

Thank you for contacting us. I think ezPaycheck payroll software  can work for you. ezPaycheck is stand-alone package. You do not need to purchase other software use with it. However, ezPaycheck cannot calculate overtime pay automatically because each company may have different policy.

Here is my suggestion:

2. You can set up this employee as hourly rate employee. You can enter the default pay rate and overtime pay rate there.
