I have a question regarding W-3. The household employer moved from NY to FL in 2017. The employer needs to file W-3 reporting the wages and withholding for NY. The W-3 is showing the wage and withholding for FL since the employer's address is in FL. How can I change it to NY?

1. You can enter employee information in Step 4.

2. In step 5, I think you need to enter the second line of W2 box 15-20 for the second state.

-- For W3 Form
You need to check the option enter X under state in step 3. Follow this guide. You will see X in W3 box 15.
