I do payroll for a business from home. I was trying to see if I prepare the payroll from home can my manager print checks from his office?

You cannot use ezCheckPrinting on phone. If you have a Windows computer, you can follow this guide to print QuickBooks checks on blank stock.


1. You can print checks into PDF files.

Follow this guide to print QB checks. To print checks into PDF file, you need to select the PDF printer driver (ie: Microsoft Print to PDF) in step 3.3

2. Email the PDF document to your boss.

3. Your boss can print checks on blank stock.
