Hello,
Last year I used your EZ payroll and had no issues..thank you
This year (2025) I decided to switch to EZ Accounting as it also runs
payroll and I may ditch QB if I like the accounting side of the software.
However, doing payroll for 1/3/2025 as my first test run, I could not print
or PDF save the paystub on the payroll list. It either saved or printed
the check format only. I found the PTO report and employee pay report in
the employee report list but I don't really want to have to do it this way
as the PTO and wages are 2 separate reports. is this a glitch in the
system or am I missing something? please advise asap, thanks for your help

ezAccounting does not have a built-in paystub PDF feature like ezPaycheck. But you can use the Windows PDF feature.

Please follow the step 2.2 and 2.3 in this guide to print stubs into PDF files.
