Some health agency are paid by both hourly rate and pay per visit rate. Here is the instruction on how to handle the paychecks.
Step 1: Start ezPaycheck, set up company Account and add employees
You can ignore this step if you already set up company and employee information. If you have any questions, you can refer to the Quick Start Guide.
Step 2: Add new payment type "Pay per visit"
You can click left menu "Company Settings" then "Wage Setup" to add new payment type.
Step 3: Add a new paycheck and specify the amount for pay-by-visit
Step 4: Print paychecks
- Select checks from check list
- Click Print button to print checks
