The motherboard failed on my computer. I had a backup file on my computer as of the end of 2014. The 2015 data is a current file, not in a backup file.

I reinstalled the software on a different computer and need to access the 2015 data from a back up drive in order to process a payroll by tomorrow afternoon.

Hi Tim,

Thank you for using ezPaycheck payroll software . Please read the following article. If you have your backup data in external device, you can skip 3.

How to Move ezPaycheck Payroll Software to a New Machine If the Old Machine Is Crashed
http://www.halfpricesoft...-restore-after-crash.asp

If you do not know the location of the backup file, you can search .mdb file or ezPaycheck folder from your backup device.

Please try it and let us know if you still have any questions.

Thank you.

Thank you for helping me resolve this issue. I was able to find the .mdb file on my back up device, copy it, and use it to process my payroll.

I appreciate that the support team at halfpricesoft has been responsive and able to help me each time I've used your support function.
