Hello. We have about 30 or so employees. I need to complete multi copy W2s, W34 and would like to also complete 940 and 940 forms too. I would like to upload data from a spreadsheet and be able to efile everything. Also, would like to print all SSA approved W3 and Copy A forms, and multi copy W2s on black paper. I have no prepritned forms (to include 940 / 941. DO you have NYS 45 forms too?

Dear valued customer,

You will need both ezPaycheck 2017($89) and ezW2 software efile version($79). Here are the steps:

1. use ezPaycheck to print 941 and 940

- Download ezPaycheck

- you can import employee from .csv file

- then follow this guide to print tax forms without paychecks

- ezPaycheck can print 2016 941 and 940 for you on white paper.

2. Use ezW2 to efile and print W2

- ezW2 download

import data from ezPaycheck database

Edit form and print/efile W2, W3
