I need to print W-2 forms for both 2019 and 2020 tax years on plain paper. What software do I need?

You will need both ezW2 2019 and ezW2 2020. ezW2 has been approved by SSA to print W2 and W3 on white paper since 2006.

Here is my suggestion:

1. Download ezW2 2019 and print forms with the trial version

Print W2, W3 (You will see the trial watermarks on forms)

2. If you like the forms, you can purchase the licenses.

ezW2 2019 ($39) and ezW2 2020 ($39). Total $78

Enter the license and you can print your real 2019 forms. No re-installation is needed.


3. Download ezW2 2020, roll forward your 2019 data, edit the amount on forms and print 2020 forms.
