Halfpricesoft Online Payroll and Time Tracking Solution

How to Print Paychecks on Blank Stock With Virtual Printer

Due to banking regulations, our Halfpricesoft online payroll solution does not support direct printing of paychecks on blank stock. Nevertheless, you have the option to efficiently and cost-effectively print checks on blank stock using the Virtual Printer feature.

Originally designed for QuickBooks and Quicken users seeking seamless integration with ezCheckPrinting, this new version 9 expands the reach, allowing a wider range of clients to harness the time and cost-saving benefits of ezCheckPrinting, especially if their check format is QuickBooks compatible.

Step 1: Install both ezCheckPrinting and Virtual Printer for QuickBooks on your Windows computer.

You are welcome to try ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer for free with no obligation before purchasing. However, the trial version will print TRIAL watermarks on checks.
