If your computer is crashed, you can log in your customer account to reset the license. Then you can register the key on a new computer.
Create an Account (If Needed):
If you do not have an account, please create a new account to view order(s) and manage license(s).

Step 2: View orders by clicking "Past Purchases/License Keys" button
Step 3: Click "Manage License" button
Step 4: Click "Unregister" button.
Your license will be reset and a key message to be sent to your email account. You can register the license on a new account.
