I downloaded the 30 day free trail version of ezPaycheck payroll software. I done the set up, please help me how to do direct deposit and I have question on 940 941 form. Why they are old 2016 forms.

Thank you for contacting us. You can use ezACH software  with ezPaycheck payroll software  for direct deposit.

1. To use ezAch software, your bank account must support ACH payment feature. (Usually a bank account will not support direct deposit feature by default. Some banks may charge monthly fee or per transaction fee or both. Please check with your bank on these charges.)

2. ezAch software can generate the ACH file that you can upload to your bank to process the transactions in a batch. The transactions will be processed by your bank, not by ezACh software.

4. Form 941 and 940
IRS just published 2017 Form 941 this Monday. Hopefully a new edition of ezPaycheck payroll will be released by Friday with this new form.

IRS will release 2017 year-end 940 form in Dec 2017. So you still see 2016 940 form with ezPaycheck 2017 now.
