Please follow guide on screen step by step. On the last Teamviewer screen, you will see
id and
password. We need to know them in step 3.
Note: If you have teamviewer version 10 and later version installed, you can temporarily exit out of the application and run a version 9 Quick Support client (which doesn't require installation).
3. Keep teamviewer running and request Live Chat Support
Tell us the ID and password on the chat board and we will remotely access your computer to assist you.
