Great. We do a lot of check printing for our clients and used another check printing software which was not

Thank you for your prompt and excellent support. Not many customer-servicers have the capacity to look beyond
getting a dollar today, I think most would have said, "well, we have his money, and it was HIS choice to buy
2010-only rather than wait until the bug was fixed, so case closed". They would keep my dollar today, but never
get another one from me again. You, on the other hand, now have my loyatly (though perhaps not much for me to buy
from you, haha)
If you don't have a sincere desire to help others, you should not be in "CUSTOMER service", eh?

|  | Check Printing Software: Why My Bank Checks cannot be Scanned
ezCheckPrinting software is trusted by thousands of users. It helps customers save time and money by printing professional check in house everyday. There are many reasons that a check can be denied by bank or a store. It may be caused by check setup, printing problem or check paper problem.
Below are the most common reasons:
#1: Use white paper instead of check paper
YOu cannot print check on white paper, you should use check paper with security features.
#2: Printer ink issue
When customers print check on blank stock, we suggest customers to use MICR tone or laser printer to print the MICR Encoding. The check printed by regular ink-jet printer may not be scanned by some grocery stores and ATM machines who are using the old scanners.
#3: MICR encoding fonts was not printed correctly
You need to log in with administrator permission to install ezPaycheck software with MICR fonts. If the fonts were not correctly, you can uninstall and reinstall ezPaycheck to solve this issue.
#4: The MICR line format is not correct
Some banks require special characters in the MICR line.
#5: Your check Alignment is not correct
