    Retrieve a forgotten license

    1. 1Sign in to your customer account.
    2. 2Click the “Past Purchases/License Keys” button to view your orders.
    3. 3Click the “Manage License” button.
    4. 4Click the “Resend Key” button, then check your email for the license key.

    Move your license to a new computer

    Unregister the license from the old computer first, then register it on the new one.

    Old computer still works

    Open the software, choose Help → Register/Unregister License Key, then click Unregister to Move Key.

    Old computer crashed or is gone

    Sign in, open Past Purchases/License Keys → Manage License, then click Unregister. The license is reset and a message is emailed to you.
