[TPE1101] Invalid or Outdated XML Namespaces in Manifest File

Error: [TPE1101] Our system has detected invalid or outdated XML namespaces in the manifest file.

Possible Reasons:

#1: You are using an old version of ez1095 software.(*****)

#2: If you are doing ACA testing, you may using an old data file. (***)

Solutions

IRS updates efile schema each year. We update ez1095 current and previous versions each year. We also update the test data files each year.

Solution #1. For submission to the IRS ACA Production Site

1.1. Download the latest version of ez1095 software.

1.2. If you need to purchase a new key to update schema, please contact us for the special link.

For example: You purchased ez1095 2019 with 2019 schema in Year 2019. If you need to file 2019 ACA forms again this year, you need to update ez1095 2019 with the latest schema.

1.3. Create a new empty folder

1.4. Generate the new XML files in the new folder.

1.5. After you validate the XML files, upload the new XML files to IRS. There are two file to be uploaded. Do not change the file names!

"Manifest_soapheader_xxxxxx.xml"

This is the manifest file.

"1094X_Request_YourTCC_xxxxx.xml".

This is the data file.
