1. EIN Error
Some users reported this error when efiling for testing. The reason is you cannot use your company EIN for testing. IRS has special requirements for testing.

2. Duplicate Error or AIRMF3014 error
You will see duplicate error if
1. You submitted the duplicate forms. Ie: you import form data twice by mistake
2. You submit the same files to IRS again with no updates

3. TPE1204 Error
Soluton: You can open your XML file by NotePad and search for "--" or "&&" or other special characters.
For example: IRS system can accept single "-". However, we noticed the system cannot accept "--". If you have "--" in your XML file, you may see such error. It might be a bug in IRS system. You can fix this issue by opening ez1095, remove "--" from forms and generate the new XML documents.
4. TPE1130 error when trying to upload test file to IRS
Solution: You might enter invalid data. For testing submission, you CANNOT use your company real data. IRS has special requirements for the testing data. You can follow IRS guide to build your data. Or you can download the data file from our site.

5. TPE1130 error when uploading production files
Solution 1: Production files should be uploaded using the AIR UI Channel Login - Production link. You might upload files to the AIR UI Channel Login - AATS (Testing) link by mistake.
Solution 2: Your TCC is probably still in TEST mode. You need to call IRS at 1-866-937-4130 to change the status to "Production"
How can I know if my TCC has been moved into production?
After IRS moves your TCC to P (Production) status, please wait 48 hours to upload ACA form to the production site. IRS database needs some time to update.
