Great. We do a lot of check printing for our clients and used another check printing software which was not
flexible at all. Yours is very simple and kind of what we were looking for, so that's why I am trying to give
feedback so you can do it even better.

didn't think you would take it to this level. I want you to know that is it so nice and( I say that from the

Thank you for your prompt and excellent support. Not many customer-servicers have the capacity to look beyond
getting a dollar today, I think most would have said, "well, we have his money, and it was HIS choice to buy
2010-only rather than wait until the bug was fixed, so case closed". They would keep my dollar today, but never
get another one from me again. You, on the other hand, now have my loyatly (though perhaps not much for me to buy
from you, haha)
If you don't have a sincere desire to help others, you should not be in "CUSTOMER service", eh?

Why ezPersonal software suddenly stopped working
With ezCheckPersonal check writing software, you can restore date easily in a few clicks.
ezCheckPersonal allows customers to design and print pocket-sized personal checks with MICR encoding and logo on blank stock in house. You can also use it to fill out preprinted blank checks also.
If you have not installed this software, you can download and try it free with no obligation and no credit card needed.
ezCheckPersonal is available for both Windows and Mac computers.
Solution 1: Start ezPersonal from program folder
We noticed some customers could not run ezCheckPersonal because the desktop shortcut was broken. You can also start this pocket-sized personal check printing software from program folder
The default program folder is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Halfpricesoft\ezCheckPersonal
You can double click ezCheckPersonal.exe file to run it. (If your system hides extension, you just double click ezCheckPersonal). If it works, you can delete the old desktop shortcut and follow this article to create a new shortcut on desktop.
Solution 2: Create a new settings file
The default database folder is:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ezPersonal
Open data folder and rename settings.xml to settings_old.xml.
Solution 3: Give current user permission to access data
Open ezCheckPersonal data folder and make sure you have enough permission to access data.
If not, we suggest full control permission (at least read, write and execute) on this folder.
