Step 1: View Tax Form Options

You can click the ezPaycheck left menu "Forms and Reports" then click the sub menu "Forms" to view Form options on screen.

Click the "940 Form" button to view 940 form.

Step 3: Mail Form 940 to IRS

Form 940 Deadline
The due date for filing the Form 940 is January 31. However, if you deposited all FUTA tax when due, you have until February 10 to file.
