ACA Software ez1095: Prepare Data In Advance

ez1095 software makes it easy to prepare and file ACA form 1095 and 1094. Typically IRS publishes the ACA form filing guide in December each year. (For example: 2019 ACA form guide will be published in December 2019.) We will release the new ez1095 software after we receive the new guide and get approval from IRS.

If you need to prepare the forms earlier before ez1095 2019 is available, please follow the guide below.

1. If you are a new client

1.1 Download ez1095 2018 DEMO version from our site with no obligation. No credit card is needed.



1.2 Enter(or import) your data by following the Quick Start Guide.

1.3 Transfer data to ez1095 2019 later with a few clicks.

1.4 Purchase ez1095 2019 license and file ACA forms.


2. If you are our ez1095 2018 client

2.1. Add a new account by duplicating the current account.
Start ez1095 software then click the top menu "Company Management->Backup Current Company". Enter a name like "Company ABC 2019"

2.2. Switch the current account
Click the top menu "Company Management" then "Select Company" to switch the current company account.

2.3. Add/Edit forms.

2.4 Transfer data to ez1095 2019 later with a few clicks.

2.5 Purchase ez1095 2019 license and file ACA forms.
