    1 Start ezPaycheck payroll software

    2 Click the top menu "Company", then click sub menu "Duplicate Current Account"

    Add new company

    3 Enter the new account name

    4 Click the top menu "Company", then click sub menu "Select Current Company" to switch the current company

    How to Delete One Account

    You can click ezPaycheck top menu "Company", then click sub menu "Delete Company" to remove the one account. Once you delete an account, you cannot undo it.
