Is this ezACH software for me?

Does ezACH supports the new Company Entry Description "PAYROLL" and "PURCHASE"?

What is the cost for the direct deposit transaction?

We just charge customers for license of ezAch software. We will not charge customer for each transaction. However, the bank may charge for ACH direct deposit service. You need to contact your bank for more details.

Is ezACh software all I need for direct deposit?

You also need to talk with your bank to activate ACH direct deposit feature. Usually your bank account will not support this feature by default. Please view this guide: how to enable the ACH payment feature.

My current bank account already support direct deposit feature and I can add the transaction manually to transfer funds. Do I still need ezACH?

1) If you just have a few employees, you can enter the transactions manually within your bank account.
2) ezACH will save your valuable time for batch transactions by importing transactions or duplicating the previous transactions.

Can I try ezACH for free before purchasing

Can I make the transactions with free trial version?

Yes, ezACH software can support multiple companies and bank accounts on the same computer with no extra charge. You can click ezACH top menu "Bank Origination Account" then "Add Bank Origination Account" to add a new company account easily.

How long does it take to complete an ACH transaction?

ACH credit and ACH debit transactions process quickly. Settlement, or the transfer of funds from one financial institution to another to complete the transaction, generally takes only one business days. Specifically, the NACHA Operating Rules require that ACH credits settle in one to two business days and ACH debits settle on the next business day.

What are the System Requirements for ezACH?

Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11, 32-bit or 64 bit, .Net Framework v2.0 or later

I am using XP computer with .net framework 1.0. Where I can find .net framework 2.0 and later?

You can download .net framework from microsoft web site and installed it on your computer. The .net framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 or later can coexist.

Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Select ezACH from program list, and then click Uninstall.

What does a one-time license fee include?

A one-time purchase is a perpetual license for the specific ezACH version you buy. You can use that version indefinitely, with no monthly or annual subscription and no per-transaction charge from us. It is not a lifetime subscription to every future version. Updates within that version are included. A new major version requires a new license. Returning customers cancontact us for a discounted upgrade link. Your bank may charge separately for ACH services.

How to purchase this ezACH software?

How long it takes to get the license key?

Our system will send the key automatically once the transaction completes. Some mail server may block the message. If you cannot get it in 30 minutes, please contact us.

I have several bank accounts. Can ezACH support it?

Yes, ezACH software can support multiple accounts with no extra charge on the same computer. You can click ezACH top menu "Bank Origination Account" then "Add Bank Origination Account" to add a new company account easily.

What is the Origination Account

If you generate ACH for your company, it should be your account. For example, if you need to pay employees, orgination account is your company account.

Who are clients?

If you need to pay your employees and vendors, your employees and vendors are clients. If you collect funds from customers, your customers are clients.

1. Can I add transaction manually?

Yes, you can add transaction manually.

2. Can I Import transactions from the external source to save time

Yes, you can import transaction from .csv file, ezPaycheck software, ezAccounting software and ezCheckPrinting software.

4. What is the different between ACH DEBIT and ACH CREDIT

- Credit: Cash out. A Direct Payment processed as an ACH credit pushes funds into a client's account. For example: you deposit fund for employee payroll.
- Debit: Cash in. A Direct Payment processed as an ACH debit pulls funds from a client's account. For example: you collect fund from a customer.

How to upload this ACH file to my bank

When you enable ACH payment feature, your bank will give you the detailed information, including upload page URL, login ID, password and even some devices you need to attached to your computers for transactions. Please ask your bank for more details.

Backup & Restore

Can I backup my data?

Yes, ezACH supports data back up and restore features. We suggest customers to back up data to USB, online drive, other folder and computer. So if your computer stops working, you can start ezACH on a new computer quickly and easily.

I just bought a new computer. How can I move my ezACH to my new computer?

You can back up the data to USB disk first, install the ezACH on the new computer, restore the data from USB disk to the new computer. You are required to uninstall ezACH from the old computer once you installed it on the second computer. If you need to use ezACH on both computers, you should purchase the second license key.
