Direct Deposit: How to Enable ACH Payment Feature
Most banks will not enable the ACH payment feature when you opened an account. You may need to talk with the
business support team in your bank to enable this feature.
Step 1. Talk with the business support team in your bank
Below are some questions that you may ask to start ACH payment:
1. "Does my account support the ACH payment?"
2. "How to enable the ACH payment feature with my account?"
3. "After I generate the ACH file, how can I upload the NACHA ACH file to my bank account to process transactions?"
You can send the following guide link to your bank. This sample may help them understand what feature you are looking for.
