3. I am using XP machine with .net framework 1.0. Where I can find .net framework 2.0 and later?

You can download .net framework from microsoft web site and installed it on your machine. The .net framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 or later can coexist.

Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Select ezW2Correction from program list, and then click Uninstall.

1. What is the cost of ezW2Correction?

EzW2Correction basic version is $49. If you need to import data from external file, you can purchase the advanced version at $79.

Both versions can support the white paper printing function. Both versons can support unlimited accounts and forms on the same machine with no extra charge.

2. Is there any extra charge to add a new company account or a new recipient?

No, ezW2Correction can support unlimited accounts and forms with one flat rate. That is maybe one reason many accountants, CPAs and tax service providers like this software.

3. How to purchase this W2C software?

4. How long does it take to get the license key?

Yes, ezW2Correction supports data back up and restore features. You can back up your data to USB, online drive, other folder or computer.

4. I just bought a new computer. How can I move my ezW2Correction to my new one?

You can back up the data to USB disk first, install the ezW2Correction on the new machine, restore the data from USB disk to the new machine. If you need to use ezW2Correction on both machines, you should purchase the second license key.

Form Printing

Why just half of form printed from my printer?

The most common reason for this issue is the printer uses the wrong size paper. You should use the Letter size paper when you print the check. And several other settings may also cause this printing problem. Learn more here.

How to convert form W2's into PDF format files?

ezW2Correction can print recipient and payer copies into PDF file. When you print forms, you can click "PRINT to PDF" button instead of "PRINT" button.

Does ezW2 support the W2C/W3C efiling feature?

Yes.

How to efile W2 & W3 forms to SSA?

You have two options for e-filing W2/W3 forms with the SSA:

1). Self-Filing - Requires your own User ID.
2). In-App E-Filing Service - No User ID required; we file on your behalf.

Must I get a User ID before submitting W2 forms to SSA?

No, if you use the built-in e-filing feature. Otherwise, you need to apply for a User ID from SSA.

What is the EIN I need to use for efile?

It is the submitter's EIN, the EIN of the company you work for.
If you are a third-party submitter, you need the EIN of your own company, not the EIN of the company(s) for which the wage report(s) is/are being submitted.

When I efile my W2C W3C forms, do I need to send a W3C separately?

No. The efile document created by ezW2Correction software includes both W2C forms and W3C form.

Can I import W2 data from external source?

Yes, ezW2Correction can import employee list and W2 data from the external .csv file, W2 efile document and ezW2 software. You can click the top menu "Current Company" to access these features.

Can I import both W2 previous and correction data?

Yes, ezW2Correction enterprise version support this feature.

What is format requirement for data file?

ezW2Correction can import data from .csv file. If your data is saved in Excel file, you can convert it easily by clicking Excel top menu "File", then click "Save As" to save it as .csv (comma delimited) file.

Export Data
