ezAccounting Software FAQs: How to Adjust Check Printing Position

With ezAccounting software, you can print professional-looking checks on blank stock or pre-printed check paper. If you need to adjust the MICR line printintg position or you need adjust entire check printing position, please edit the offset values on check print setup screen.

Step 1: Open the Check Print Setup Screen

Start ezAccounting software, click the top menu "Company" then "Settings list" to choose the "Check Print Setup" sub menu.

Step 2: Edit Offset Values


  • 1. You can edit the offset values to adjust check printing position. For example:

    - To Print check higher, you can increase the value of Offset Up.
    - To Print check lower, you can increase the value of Offset Down
    - The unit is INCH.

  • 2. Save your changes
