#1. Customize check layout format
Start ezAccounting application, click the top "Company" tab, then click the sub menu "Check Layout" to open the Check Layout screen (Click image to enlarge)
- Hide/Show any field
- Change Font, Color, Size
- Move image
- Resize image
- Add new labels
- Add new lines
- Click the Save button to save your changes
#2 Customize Form Layout Format for Receipt, Estimation, Invoice, Refund and Packing Slip
You can click the top "Company" tab, then click the sub menu "Form Layout" to open the Form Layout screen (Click image to enlarge)
- Select Form to modify format, the form including Estimate, Sales Order, Invoice, Receipt, Packing Slip and Refund.
- Select Form Item to modify position, font, and length etc.
- If you need to customize item table, please click the "Item Setup" button.
