1. Employer Report

Start ezAccounting software, click the top menu "Report" then "Employer Report" view the "Employer Payroll Report". You change the report criteria to generate a new report.

  • You can find the payment, tax and deduction summary information on this report.
  • You can find "Federal 941 Deposit Report" if you need to make 941 deposit.

    2. Employee Reports

    2.1 Employee Summary List Report

    Start ezAccounting software, click the top menu "Report" then "Employee Report" then "Employee Summary List" to view this report. You change the report criteria to generate a new report.

    2.2 Employee Payroll Report

    Start ezAccounting software, click the top menu "Report" then "Employee Report" then "Employee Payroll Report" to view this report. You change the report criteria to generate a new report.

    3. Export payroll data

    If you are familiar with Microsoft Excel, you can export payroll data to .csv file and generate your own reports.

    3.1 Start ezAccounting, click the top menu "Import/Export" then click the sub menu "Export Payroll" to view export payroll screen.



    3.2. Select Date Range and Employee(s), click the button "Export File".



    3.3. Change directory if needed and enter the file name.



    3.4 Open this .csv file with Microsoft Excel and generate your own reports.
