1. Reset the starting check number for the future checks from the Check Setup Screen.

2. Change the check number when you add a new check

Option 1. Reset the check number from check setup screen

1. Start ezPaycheck payroll software

2. Click the left menu Checks then Check Setup to view Check Setup Page

3. Edit current check number and click the "Update" button to save.

You will see this new check number when you add a new check.

When you add a new check

Enter all information (ie: check data, hours) on check first to calcuatle the taxes automatically

Check the option "Enabel Tax Manual Input"

Edit the check number

Click the "Save Check" button to save check

Start ezPaycheck, select the check from check list and click the "View" button.

Edit the check number and save.
