Great. We do a lot of check printing for our clients and used another check printing software which was not flexible at all. Yours is very simple and kind of what we were looking for, so that’s why I am trying to give feedback so you can do it even better.

All I can say is WOW!! I know that I made those suggestions and you had said something about a gift. I honestly didn't think you would take it to this level. I want you to know that is it so nice and( I say that from the bottom of my heart) cause you know that most people would not have even remembered that they said anything about that and would have charged me for the upgrades. Thank you for your prompt and excellent support. Not many customer-servicers have the capacity to look beyond getting a dollar today, I think most would have said, "well, we have his money, and it was HIS choice to buy 2010-only rather than wait until the bug was fixed, so case closed". They would keep my dollar today, but never get another one from me again. You, on the other hand, now have my loyatly (though perhaps not much for me to buy from you, haha)
If you don't have a sincere desire to help others, you should not be in "CUSTOMER service", eh?

1099 Form Printing: How to Fill Out and Print 1099 MISC Data On Pre-printed Blank Forms
Preprinted forms are NOT necessary for recipient copies!
ezW2 softwre can print 1099 misc forms Copy 1, 2, B, C on white paper. IRS does not certify the substitute forms right now. You need to print 1099-misc copy A and 1096 on the red-ink forms.
If you prefer to print copy 1, 2, B and C on preprinted blank forms, you use the Data only option.
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Start ezW2, 1099-misc and W2 software
ezW2 software can prepare, print and efile forms W2, W3, 1096-misc and 1099.
If you do not have ezW2 software installed, you can download the trial version for free from halfpricesoft.com. No registration needed and no obligation. You can follow the step by step online instructions to finish the installation in minutes
This W2 1099 software is compatible with Windows 10 system, 32-bit or 64-bit. It can run on Windows 8.1, 8, 7, XP, Me, 2003 and Vista system too.
Step 2: Step 2: You can click the top menu “Current Company”, then select sub menu “Form 1099” to open 1099-misc Form Edit Screen.
Step 3: Then click the “Print 1099” button to open 1099 Print Option screen.
Step 4: On print option screen, select “Data Only on preprinted red-ink Laser Form” option. Then check “TWO W2s per form” option.
Please make sure you select at least TWO contractors from contractor list to print two forms at the same time.
Note
1. Form 1096 will be generate automatically based on form 1099 information
2. ez1099 allows user to set up unlimited companies with one flat rate. So if you have multiple companies or you are an accountant, you can add new company by clicking top menu "Company Management->New company"
