Reason:

1. The license has already been registered on another computer.

2. If you replaced the hard drive on your computer, this issue may also occur.


Solutions:

1. Switching to a new computer

If you purchased a new computer and need an extra license, please contact us for special link to purchase an additional license.

3. Computer crash or hard drive replacement
