Payroll Software: How to PDF Print Paychecks

    
In house ezPaycheck payroll program speeds up the tax calculations and paycheck printing for small businesses. You can generate and print a batch of paychecks into PDF file easily.

1.1. Start ezPaycheck, click the "Add" button to add new check(s).

1.2. Select check(s) from list and print.



1.3. Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" (or a PDF conerter) to print paychecks.

Note: Windows 10 and later versions come with PDF driver by default. If you are using an old Windows computer, you need to install the PDF converter or PDF driver.



1.4. On the preview screen, click the PRINTER icon to save check(s) into PDF file.



1.5. Save check into PDF file.



2. For Mac

2.1. Start ezPaycheck, add new check(s).

2.2. Select check(s) from list and print.

2.3. Select PDF option



2.4. Save PDF file.
