How to File Year 2016 ACA Forms 1095 & 1094

To file Year 2016 ACA forms, you need to use ez1095 2016 version.

IRS releases the new ACA form schema each year. We have updated ez1095 currrent and previous versions. ez1095 2016 version is compatible with the current IRS AIR system.

ez1095 software makes it easy to prepare, print and efile the 1095 and 1094 ACA forms. Preprinted 1095 and 1094 forms are not necessary!

Step 1: Download the latest version of ez1095 2016

1.1 Open ez1095 2016 Download Page

1.2 New client: Please download ez1095 2016 directly.

1.3 Previous client: If you have ez1095 2016 installed on your computer, please check the version number. If you are using an old version, please download the latest version.

How to know my ez1095 Version number?
You can click ez1095 top menu "Help" then "About ez1095" to view the version number.

Step 2: Start ez1095 Software, prepare and file ACA forms

ez1095 software makes it easy to prepare, print and efile 1095C, 1094C, 1095B and 1094B. Please follow the step by step guide to prepare and file the previous ACA forms.

Paper Printing Data Import

You can import data from:

  • efile XML files
  • .csv files (or Excel files)
  • previous ez1095 database file
  • QuickBook IIF file
  • PDF 1095 forms (Note: ezDocReader software is needed to extract data from PDF file)
