ezCheckPrinting Registration Issue: Key Input Screen Reappears


Issue: License not saving after registration. Key input screen reappears

I registered the license without error, but the key input screen appears again after restarting ezCheckPrinting.


Reason:

This issue is related to user permissions. Possible causes include:

1. A recent Windows update may have changed or disrupted user permissions.

2. ezCheckPrinting was installed by a different user, and the current login account does not have full permissions to run the software.


Solutions:

Step 1. Edit the user permissions

Please ensure that the current user has full control permissions for both the data folder and the program folder.

Step 2: Reinstall ezCheckPrinting from scatch

When reinstalling, choose the option to install the software for "Everyone". This will help prevent most potential permission-related issues.
