Direct Deposit: How to Import Transactions from ezCheckPrinting Software

    How can I know which ezCheckPrinting account has my data?

    You can start ezCheckPrinting and view the current account database file name from the top menu. The file name is behind "ezCheckPrinting, Account:". (Note: If you have multiple accounts, you can click the top menu "Accounts" then "Select Account" to change the current account.)



    Step 1: Import Transaction(s) from ezCheckPrinting software

  • Start ezACH Software

    • Please add clients or import clients before you import the transactions for these clients.

  • Click the top menu "Import", and then "Import Transactions from Other Sources" to import transactions from ezCheckPrinting.



    1.1 Select the date range

    1.2 Select the ezCheckPrinting account

    1.3 Click the "Retrieve Checks" button

    1.4 Select the transactions

    1.5 Click the "Import Selected" button to import transactions



    1.6 View import result screen



    Step 2: Review Transactions and generate the ACH file

    2.1 Click the top menu "Main->ACH Transactions" to view the transactions



    2.2 Click the "Create ACH file" button and ezACH will generate the file.

    2.3 If there is no error from error list, you can click the SAVE button to save the ACH file.

    2.4 You can save it to the local folder or USB disk or other location.



    Step 3: Upload the ACH file to your bank

    When you enable ACH Payment feature, your bank should give you the detailed instructions.
