    EzW2 Software Highlights

  • For W2 and W3 Printing

    • No red forms needed. ezW2 can print ALL W-2 forms (copy A, B, C, D, 1 and 2) and W-3 forms on plain paper with your laser or ink-jet printer. The black and white substitute forms of W-2 Copy A and W-3 are SSA-approved (Vendor ID: 1335).

    If you prefer pre-printed forms, ezW2 also fills data on red forms.

  • For 1099-misc and 1096 Printing

    • ezW2 can print 1099 misc forms Copy 1, 2, B, C on white paper. IRS does not certify the substitute forms right now. You need to print 1099-misc copy A and 1096 on the red-ink forms.

  • PDF Forms(Optional)

    • If you want to cut the mailing cost, ezW2 can generate PDF format forms for W2 copies B, C, D, 1 and 2 and 1099-misc copy 1, 2, B and C.

  • Electronic Filing(Optional)
