    Option 1. Reset the check number from check setup screen

  • 1. Start ezPaycheck payroll software

  • 2. Click the left menu Checks then Check Setup to view Check Setup Page

  • 3. Edit current check number and click the "Update" button to save.

    You will see this new check number when you add a new check.

  • Enter all information (ie: check data, hours) on check first to calcuatle the taxes automatically
  • Check the option "Enabel Tax Manual Input"
  • Edit the check number
  • Click the "Save Check" button to save check manual payroll check

    Option 3. Edit the check number of an existing paycheck

  • Start ezPaycheck, select the check from check list and click the "View" button.
  • Edit the check number and save. view paycheck
