How to remove Trial Watermarks when printing QuickBooks checks (for Version 7, 6, 5 and 4)

The trial version of ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer will print TRIAL watermarks on checks. You need to purchase and register the licenses to print the real checks.

If you still see this issue after you purchased the licenses, please follow the steps below.

License message

After you purchase ezCheckPrinting for QuickBooks/Quicken version, you will receive the license messsage. There are two key codes in that message: one for ezCheckPrinting and one ezCheckPrinting QB virtual printer.

1. If you see the big TRIAL image cross checks, please register the ezCheckPrinting key, the first license, from your license message

1.1 If you have not installed ezCheckPrinting, please download and install it on your computer.

1.2 Click the desktop shortcut to start ezCheckPrinting application. If you have not registered the license, you will see the input license popup screen. Register the ezCheckPrintign license here.

2. If you see the "trial" text behind payee name and memo fields, you need to register the virtual printer license, the second license, from your license message

2.1 Start ezCheckPrinting software, and remove the checks with "trial" text from check list. You need to reprint these checks from QuickBooks with virtual printer after you register the key.

2.2 Start QuickBooks and print checks as usual. On print check option screen, select EzCheckPrinting QuickBooks Virtual Printer as the current printer and click the Print button.

2.3 If you are using the trial version, you will see the pop up window to enter the license. (Once you register the license, you will not see it again.)

You should copy and paste the 2nd license code including dashes ("-") for ezCheckPrinting virtual printer here.

2.4 You should not see the TRIAL image or Trial text when you print new QuickBooks checks after you registered the licenses.
