XML Schema Validation for California ACA Forms

allows clients to validate XML files before uploading to CA site to report health insurance information. .
1. Start ez1095, click the top menu "Currrent Company" then "Efile CA"
2. On CA efile ACA form screen, you can click "Validate CA Efile".
