How to Customize Invoice in ezAccounting Software

With ezAccounting software, you can customize checks, receipt, invoice, packing slip and bills easily. Here is guide about how to customize invoice layout.
  • How to edit invoice layout (ie: change font size, change position)

    • 1. How to edit invoice layout

    1.1 Click the top menu "Company" then "Form Layout".



    1.2 Select "Invoice" as form name. Select an item from item picker.

    1.3 Customize the select item

  • 1.3.1 Hide an item: You can uncheck the VISIBLE option to hide a field

  • 1.3.2 Change the font: You can change the font size and style

  • 1.3.2 Move an item: You can move an item with mouse.



    1.4 Click the "Save" button to save your changes.

    • 2. Customize Item List

    2.1 Click the "Item Setup" button from the Print Layout Design form.



    2.2 You can hide a column if you do not want to print it on invoice.

    2.3 You can rename the column header if needed

    2.4 You can change the column width if needed

    2.5 Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
