2. Can halfpricesoft.com access my payroll data?

No, we cannot access your data without your permission. ezPaycheck is the desktop version and the payroll data is saved on your computer. You have full control of your data.

We can remotely access your data during trouble shooting when you request remote access support and give us the permissions.

3. Why doesn't ezPaycheck support password protection?

ezPaycheck payroll software is the desktop version. We believe the current Windows security is sufficient for our clients.

You can lock your computer automatically when you are away from your desk

If you share the same computer with other people, you can choose "Just me" option when you install ezPaycheck. So other people will not see it when they log in with a different user ID.

4. Does ezPaycheck come with data backup and restore feature?
