    Is ezCheckPrinting for me?

    Trying ezCheckPrinting is risk-free! It is compatible for small to large companies and will grow with your company at no additional cost!

    Is check printing legal?

    Yes, printing checks from your own printer is perfectly legal. However, you must use check stock with watermarks for security and validity of check. Printing on plain paper is not accepted by banks.

    What is the cost of using ezCheckPrinting?

    Do I need special printer and printer toner?

    What kind of blank check paper is acceptable?

    DO NOT use plain paper! Blank check stock has security features (watermarks, micro printing, etc.) which help prevent fraud. ezCheckPrinting will work with any blank computer check paper with 8-1/2" X 11" size and check with size 8-1/2" X 3-1/2". EzCheckPrinting supports check-on-top, check-in-middle, check-at-bottom and three-per-page format.

    Can ezCheckPrinting print the MICR encoding on checks?

    Yes, ezCheckPrinting check writer does print the MICR encoding on checks. You can print MICR bank routing numbers, account numbers, check numbers and bank information on blank check stock using a laser printer.

    What are the System Requirements for ezCheckPrinting?

    ezCheckPrinting works on both Windows and MAC computers. The Windows version and Mac version are sold seperately.

    What does a one-time purchase include?

    A one-time purchase is a perpetual license for the specific version you buy (currently Version 9). You can use that version indefinitely, with no monthly or annual subscription. It is not a lifetime subscription to every future version of ezCheckPrinting.

    Updates within Version 9 (for example, 9.1 and 9.2) are included at no extra cost. When a new major version is released, upgrading requires a new license. If your current version still prints checks without problems, you do not have to upgrade.

    How long does it take to get the license key?

    Our system will email the license key once the transaction is completed. Please check your inbox and junk mail for [email protected]. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, contact us via the support page.

    I have a single user version. How can I upgrade ezCheckPrinting to multiple users version?

    You can upgrade by paying the price difference plus $5 fee. Please contact us for the special upgrade link.

    You may lack permissions. Some operations need permission to create database files. See permissions.
